Information on the Meriwether Adult Leader's Portal

As voted upon by the Scouts, we will be attending Camp Meriwether in Cloverdale Oregon.

The cost for camp is $640.00, and we have certain deadlines that we must meet regarding payments to Meriwether. The first deadline is at the end of October, when we need to have initial deposits paid to reserve a slot for your Scout. The deposit is $50, and is non-refundable.

We are still working out the final costs for air travel, and excursions after camp. We are hopeful that our fundraising will allow us to cover all of those expenses. We will be sending out communications regarding the fund raising activities soon, so keep an eye out for that information.

Please turn in the completed Summer Camp Sign-up Sheet (attached), and the $50 deposit, to the Troop Scribe by the October 28th Troop Meeting.  ( or as soon as possible ).
